I am a full-time woodturner in Coquitlam, BC, CANADA.   
To earn an income I turn custom furniture parts, do functional turning (bowls, boxes, treen, pens, tops, kendama, etc.) and help local furniture restorers with their turning needs.  I also make baseball bats (some maple, mostly ash),

Creatively I enjoy exploring techniques and forms, mixing materials such as ceramics, metal, horn, etc with wood  and exploring colouring techniques. 

I am an active member of  a local woodturning guild (www.gvwg.ca) and I teach, mentor and demonstrate throughout the area.
